Friendly staff, needs better food

The place has super friendly staff who really go outta their way to help. The breakfast? Not great though. They kind of just serve leftover stuff and it’s not very appetizing, especially for $15. The bar area is nice to chill in, but overall, the food could use a major upgrade.

The pool area is wonderful, and I loved the spacious, modern rooms. The hotel has tons of secure parking and easy access to the mall. I felt super relaxed during my stay!

The pool was delightful, and I had such a laugh playing pool with the family! The room was impressively clean and oh-so comfortable—definitely caught some great z's.

And my omelette was so good, I almost proposed to it.

Just a decent option for a quick break in Leon with good value for the price. The beautiful pool was a highlight for relaxing after a day out. If you're looking for a place that won’t break the bank, this works.

I loved the delicious breakfast buffet, especially the tasty omelette made fresh for me, and hanging out by the beautiful, relaxing pool. The only downside was that the room showed some wear, but it didn’t take away from my overall great experience. The beds were comfortable, really. And the staff? They were friendly, like genuinely friendly, made us feel like we were actually welcome. It's rare these days.

Everything was spot-on.

Spent three nights here while visiting local attractions and exploring the cultural sites nearby. The staff were exceptional, with Norma and Betty in the dining area providing attentive service, and Karin ensuring my room was clean and tidy each day. The breakfast options were delightful, and it felt safe walking around the area. However, the overall condition of the rooms requires some attention, as we faced temperature issues with the AC and loose fixtures in the bathrooms.

I really loved the breakfast! The omelette was perfectly made and the buffet had a nice variety. However, the AC in my room didn't work well, making it uncomfortable at times.

Great stay overall. The grounds are beautiful and quite peaceful, despite the busy nearby street. Service was efficient and courteous. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the omelettes. The shuttle service to the mall was a nice touch. 😊
